Onsite Support

In certain circumstances, addressing a service request remotely is not feasible.  In this case, we would dispatch a technician to your place of business as soon as possible.
Remote support relies on the Internet.  If the Internet is not working or is not fast enough, a technician might have to be dispatched.
Another hurdle for remote support is the basic functionality of the hardware and Operating System.  If a computer cannot load at least partially into your Operating System, a technician likely will have to come onsite.
Any non-remote travel will incur a $0.75 per km travel fee.  This fee covers both the fuel and maintenance costs of the vehicle, this also covers the technician's "drive time".
